I had a great time at Cambay Resorts overall, especially the first few days when we had the entire place mostly to ourselves. The facilities were impressive, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. However, the experience shifted after Diwali, and I noticed some downsides, particularly with the pool cleanliness and understaffing during busy times.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty and not well-maintained, which made it hard to relax. There were also significant issues with the service and dining options. The only positive was that the air conditioning worked well, but that’s not enough to recommend this place at all.

I had a bit of a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel has a charming appearance, but I encountered significant cleanliness issues that really impacted my stay. While some aspects like the helpful restaurant staff made my time better, the security concern really left a bad impression. It’s unfortunate because the property has potential if only it maintained its standards better.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your stay.
